The Advanced Notes Minder works as an add-on for Lotus Notes. Its main purpose is to inform users of incidences and changes in Lotus Notes databases. Running the Advanced Notes Minder can be accomplished simultaneously to the Notes Client as well as without an executing client. The Advanced Notes Minder is placed in the traybar (i.e. the area on your screen also containing the time display) and depending on its configuration verifies Lotus Notes databases. The user is to be informed as soon as documents fulfil relevant criteria. Afterwards he can open these verified documents directly out of the Advanced Notes Minder.
